The free trial comes first

Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial — that is your chance to decide whether ProEdge is for you. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be charged.

Refunds on new charges

If you are charged and it wasn't what you intended — you meant to cancel during the trial, or an annual renewal caught you by surprise — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to both the $9.99 monthly and $99 annual plans.

After 7 days

Beyond that window, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial billing periods. Canceling stops all future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.

How to request a refund

Email support@proedge.tools from your account email address with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Fair use

This policy exists so nobody feels burned by an unwanted charge. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, such as repeated subscribe-refund cycles.
