This policy describes how ProEdge ("ProEdge", "we") collects and uses information when you use the ProEdge website and application (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address, and password. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase; we never see or store your password itself.
- Training data. Your practice results, challenge scores and statistics, and app settings — this is the core of what the Service does for you.
- Data you enter. Session records you choose to log in the earnings tracker (such as dates, hours, and results). This journal is private to your account.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe identifiers, not your card number.
- Usage and device data. We use analytics (Google) to understand how the Service is used — pages viewed, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. Cookies and browser storage are used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: grade your play, keep your stats, and sync your data.
- To manage subscriptions, billing, and free trials.
- To respond to support requests.
- To understand usage and improve the Service.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We share data only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf:
- Google Firebase — authentication and analytics.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Amazon Web Services — application hosting and database.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy continues to apply).
4. Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email us atsupport@proedge.tools from your account email address. Some billing records must be retained where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information. We honor reasonable requests from any user — contact us atsupport@proedge.tools.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard measures.
7. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. International users
The Service is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored there.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
